This was MUCH larger than I thought. I should’ve paid closer attention to the size, but it still fits in the cage so I’m fine with the upgrade from what I thought I was getting. I was worried my rats wouldn’t like it, since it’s so much bigger than they are, but they started ripping it up within a week.

Birds love it but doesn't last

I have a timneh A. G. and got the XL size for him. He seemed trepidatious at first but warmed up to it in about ten minutes. The toy was very well made and it took my bird quite some time to fully demolish it. Definitely beats what you can buy in stores both by quality and price.I ordered a second one recently and the new one was red and yellow - very pretty, looks like a phoenix or dragon egg :)This is my go to toy ATM until the bird loses interest (I’ll be sad if that happens).

My large conure went crazy for this, taking out his cute little rage on it. #featherchildrenhavetantrumsalso I really like these types of toys.
