At Birdie Boutique, we carefully pack every order to make sure your bird's food, toys, and supplies arrive safely.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.).

We do not offer international shipping or shipping to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Guam

  • American Samoa

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • Marshall Islands

  • Federated States of Micronesia

  • Palau

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Other U.S. territories or locations outside the contiguous 48 states

Free Standard Shipping

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders of $35 or more shipped to eligible addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

Orders under $35 will be charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to excluded locations listed above.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, and holidays.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Birdie Boutique is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the damaged package and products.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and around your delivery area before contacting us. We will be happy to assist where possible.
