Worth it

After a big scare with a blood feather, we started giving this supplement to our green cheek conure. Her wings have been doing so good and health.

So far so good.

Still too early to know if /how beneficial but palatable, and easy to administer in their fruit and veggie mix they get daily.

Best Molting Supplement

I have used this product or similar off and on over 30 years. Works like a charm. Don't put to much on. I prefer to sprinkle it on things I add to the pellet diet that has moisture. Otherwise it just falls off.

My Congo gray likes it.

I brought this for my bird to see how well it does with his feathers it seems to blend very good with his water and he likes his apple and his water so that kind of helps out.

Miracle

I have a goffin cockatoo in her late twenties she is the pickiest Eater. I never thought anything of it until she wouldn't stop pulling out her feathers. I was to the point where i was ready to take her to a vet!!! I thought I had nothing to loose and I was right her whole body is full again and this has been a miracle for her in a bottle life customer here ♡

Feather-loss vitamin

It was helping my green cheek conure to grow some feathers back, but after using it for about 4 years, I think it’s not working anymore. 😢

Good stuff

I have a 1.5 year old Caique. After 6 months of owning her she started barbering her feathers around December/January. She was very uncomfortable obviously. I took her to an avian vet, after $500 they told me she was in molt and probably just didn't like her situation (itchy), gave me an anti-histamine to give her. My house has a whole home humidifier so I was like what the heck? I tried a lot of things, direct humidification, etc..Started giving her Nekton Bio in Feb. She was back to FULL plumage in April, no more barbering. Well, made the mistake of not starting this in December, same thing happened this year. I really really try with her diet but there is something that gives her a boost with this supplement. She sprouts new pin feathers all over and I see less and less feathers around after a couple weeks. I suggest you try it if your bird has issues like this. It's a little pricey but I think worth it. I soak a small unsalted cracker in water and spread a little on it. She eats the whole thing like it's her job. I think it is better than putting in her water.

My cockatiel was growing feathers after a month

I have a silver cockatiel who is 16 years old and and he always had a bald spot on his head since he was a baby. This past winter the bald spot got bigger. I got this vitamin and put it in his water and about a month later feathers started to grow on his head covering the bald spot. Now the spot is very small. Highly recommend this vitamin.

I really love this product

I really love this product, so much so that I do not use any other brand of vitamins for my parakeets. I got my parakeets from a pet store when they were only about 4 months old and their wings were severely clipped, however when I started putting this powdered vitamin in their food they began to grow their support feathers within a few weeks. What I do to administer the vitamin to my birds is take a cheap oil vitamin and mix it through the food along with the Nekton vitamin so it has something to stick to. This stuff is pricy but it really works!
