My love bird will eat this!

I used to buy this from my vet until the pandemic hit and they could not get it shipped to Hawaii. The first 2 or 3 times it arrived perfectly. The last two times the bag was damaged and I can’t return it. 🥲The crumbles were edible and I put it into a ziploc bag.

I ate the whole bag

So delicious didn’t give any to my birds. Ate the whole bag one sitting with 1/2 gallon of milk.

The low fat crumble has proved to be a healthy pellet for both my aging Cockatiel and Budgie. This product was recommended by my Vet. I definitely recommend this product if your Vet recommends a low fat alternative for your avian diet.

POWDERY AND DUSTY BE PREPARED

Leaves behind So MUCH wasted dust....very dusty crumbly...now i have to make bird bread or something which defeats the purpose of feeding low carb/fat since i need to use egg to make it. Id say it leaves 1/3-1/2 the amount you fed in dust.

Blue Front Amazon loves these!

My bird says 'mmmm!' as I dish these out every other day, just a small handful mixed with medium sized plus another fruity brand to complete the mix. My parrot is 32 years old and has enjoyed these as a dietary supplement for most of its life.

Surprisingly popular with my cockatiels

Disclaimer: My cockatiels grew up already eating pellets. Roudybush contains low sugar and fat, so if your bird is a seedaholic, this may not be the right pellet to use to wean it off seeds for the first time. Both of my cockatiels eat Zupreem pellets (natural and Fruitblend), as well as a small amount of Zupreem seed mix. My female tiel, however, gained a lot of weight over a year. We switched their diet to mostly Roudybush low-fat pellets, and while they still prefer the Fruitblend pellets, they do eat most of the low-fat pellets as well. Combined with increased exercise, my female tiel has lost about one gram of weight in the past week. I am very satisfied with this product and will be buying more once I run out.

Great Parrot Food

I have bought this many times and am very pleased with the product. My two parrots love theses pellets.

Great for stubborn little seed eating poopers

These pellets are a regular color (unlike some fluorescent fruity loop smelling artificial brands which seed eaters seem to reject immediately). They also don't give off a strong artificial scent. I think these are two awesome qualities! I have a little lovebird named Charlie who was hooked on seeds when I got him. He's a fatty that doesn't even look at anything else. I took out all food in his cage and just put these pellets (in multiple dishes around the cage). I also sat him on his perch and reached into the bowl and pretended to eat some (as he watched me closely). After that he began eating the pellets! Right now he's only eating a little bit at a time but at least we are making progress. The only complaint I have, I guess, is that some of the crumbles are kind of big. I wish there were something smaller and seed shaped that he could get used to first. What I do is put them in a Ziploc bag and mash them up, it's pretty easy to do this and doesn't take much time.

The crumble is a great low fat food option for smaller parrots like quakers

The crumble is a great low fat food option for smaller parrots like quakers. The crumble size would be too small for anything much bigger than a quaker, but a good quality food without all the dyes and fat in normal seed
