Ground Corn, Ground Wheat, Soybean Meal, Soybean Oil, Calcium Carbonate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Salt, DL-Methionine, L-Arginine, Niacin, Mixed Tocopherols (Preservative), Silicon Dioxide (Anti-Caking Aid), Rapeseed Oil, Citric Acid (Preservative), Lecithin, Rosemary Extract, Alpha Tocopherol Acetate (Source Of Vitamin E), Ascorbic Acid, Manganese Sulfate, Yucca Schidigera Extract, Hydrated Sodium Calcium Aluminosilicate, Dried Yeast, Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, Zinc Oxide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Vitamin A Acetate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex (Source of Vitamin K), Ethylenediamine Dihydriodide, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamin (Source of Vitamin B12), Sodium Selenite, Propionic Acid (Preservative), Ammonium Hydroxide, Acetic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Tartaric Acid, and Natural Apple Flavoring.

Use this diet when switching your bird from its old diet to Roudybush. Continue to feed to adult birds that are not laying eggs or feeding chicks. Lories and lorikeets, which will accept this diet, will have drier droppings than they have on nectar. If you have a bird that is a chronic egg-layer or a bird with a tendency to develop hypocalcaemia (like African Greys), mix 2/3 Maintenance with 1/3 High-Energy Breeder to supply more calcium and vitamin D3. Do not give additional vitamin or mineral supplements. Fresh fruit and vegetable treats may be given as a minor part of the diet.

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store on concrete.

RoudyBush for Pepper!!!!

My African Grey loves this maintenance food by RoudyBush!! I think it’s the best food out there and size and shape is just right for Pepper! I like everything about it and the maintenance kind is so economical too. Pepper likes this food and the smells of vitamins and minerals added to the finest ingredients he needs to grow and flourish must excite him. He eats all evidence and cleans his dish.

Great Pellet!

I have been using rowdy Bush pallet for a long time! I always I have the pellets, in his seed, or in a separate bowl in his cage.

Best bird food for you parrot, conure, etc.

Best food to keep your bird healthy. All the nutrients they need. Can be softened with water if they prefer non crunchy hard food. I moisten some in a container over night and feed the next day.It must taste good, because I take care of my daughter's finicky boy that is a green cheeked. He loves it.

A good healthy food

My little bird has been on this food her whole life since she was weaned off baby food. She’s picky and doesn’t eat nearly as many fruits and veggies as I’d like, but this is a good diet that she enjoys and it keeps her healthy. She’s eleven years old this summer and has never had any health problems.

my quaker loves it :)

i just got a quaker parrot a few days ago and from my research this is the healthy stuff for them. i was so glad when i put it in her bowl she immediately started eating it :) so relieved i have her on a healthy diet now because her previous owners had her eating mostly seeds 😓

Cheepz & Peepz staple food

Cheepz & Peepz both eat this pellet very well! They are healthy & vibrant! They get these pellets 5 days per week, and seeds 2 days per week.

No sugar & big bag! :-)

The media could not be loaded.

Only pellets my budgies will eat & insanely inexpensive. You would think this is 2 big for Budgies (parakeet) but mine have no problem at all & unfortunately won't eat any other pellet. I think there is one brand with better ingredients but what good is that if your bird starves before eating it. I supplement my birds diet with lots of fresh greens, fruits, chop & the occasional seed mix & alfalfa pellet. 5 stars plus from product to customer service but most importantly this does not contain any form of sugar. No honey, no molasses no cane. Sugar is reserved for very special occasions when I do allow the unhealthy honey seed block or honey sticks. People feed those all the time & they're so bad for birds. This price is cheaper than my pet store. Sorry 4 typos, in hurry!

Good for the Goffins

These are the perfect size for my Goffins Cockatoo. I tried feeding him large, medium, and small pellets of this brand but he would waste a lot more of those and throw them around. These are too small for him to want to throw while still being large enough for him to eat. He was previously on a mixed seed diet for 10+ years but I switched him to Roudybush when I got him 2-3 years ago and he hasn't had any problems and seems in good health. He also no longer throws most of the food since switching to these so it's a benefit to me.

Picky bird approved!

My 2.5 month old lovebird Buster is a SUPER picky eater. He picks and chooses out of his seed mix, the same seed mix he was raised on that they gave me when I brought him home. He turns up his nose to all fruits and veggies and isn't even a fan of treats (other than bird crack.. i mean millet..)! Because he is so picky I knew I needed to get him on a pellet diet but didn't have high hopes as pellet was one of the things he would not touch in his seed mix.Imagine my SHOCK when he immediately started chowing down on his Roudybush! This stuff is amazing and I highly recommend it.Great product and great value. You get so much for the price! I will be purchasing again and again.*This is Buster's "APPROVED" face.

Recommend this for your conure.

My 2 yr old blue crowned conure seems to like it a lot. She often will dip the small pieces in her water. But other times she seems to be happy eating them dry.I've tasted a piece. The are like a simple dry grainy cracker and taste sort of bland to my human tastebuds.I feel like this is one of the few options without dyes and sugar. Fewer chemicals than the other popular brands my other conure tried over the years.I buy mini for bcc.

Quaker loves his pellets

My Quaker parrot has been on this food since he was 6 months old. When we went through the process of switching him over from seeds to pellets that the breeder had him on. He is now 4 years old and has the most beautiful feathers and vibrant colors. Other Quakers I have seen and met do not have my parrots healthy feathers or colors and I have to contribute it to this amazing food veggies sunlight and flight time. Overall best pellets on the market and the California mix from roudy bush is awesome as well.

Fantastic! Makes a great long-term food for those who don't like daily chores.

Vivi loves them! I've wanted to find a good natural pellet she would eat ever since I found out how much bad stuff is in Zupreem! This product is fantastic! Even my budgie, Peeper, likes them and I ordered them in the Cockatiel size...OK, so I made these great little gravity-feeders for each cage with the pellets, like you have outside but smaller? And with big arms to shield the crumbs from flying out of the cage. They are made entirely of Popsicle sticks but with a window of plastic sheeting up against the bars of the cage so that you can see how full they are from outside. They work great. They can have their pellets without me having to worry about feeding them on time every day, just like I trained them both how to use those water bottles made for rodent cages so they wouldn't poo in their water dishes, and I could just add food once a week just like with the water when I clean their cages. I just give them their fresh veggies here and there in addition to the pellets.Or that was the idea.I glanced at Peeper's cage two days after the addition of the pellets and saw that the "tower" section that fed into the food dish was completely empty, and the floor of the cage was covered with pellets as well as bird poop. Well, I couldn't put those back in the dish since there was poop down there with them, so I started cleaning the cage, wondering why he tossed all his food after demonstrating that he clearly liked the pellets. While I was cleaning his cage, he flew into Vivi's open cage and began eating HER pellets! No digging, no flicking, no dumping them on the ground. Just eating. It was the same darn stuff! Well I mounted the dish much higher in his cage similar to Vivi's and now he is doing fine with it. I guess he doesn't like his food down too low?

Pellets that are the perfect size, and smells and tastes great!

My SunConure really liked this. I was very surprised. I did not expect good results. I'm happy he's happy. He gets follow up bloodwork at his vet in 30 days. I want to see how he's doing with the change in his diet. He likes small pieces when he eats. These are small pellets. And they smell good, healthy, and fresh!! I don't expect a problem with converting to these pellets!! Yaaay

The healthy choice

Why did you pick this product vs others?:i have been giving this pellet food (crumble size) to my Rosey Bourke Parakeet for 12 years. It is so much better than a seed diet, well balanced and less mess than the seed diet, highly recommend.
