If you live in or near Durham, NC and would like to pick up your order, we are happy to accommodate. Simply request store pick up when you place you order. Please allow 36 hours for your order to arrive. Policies and Procedures Orders received by 2:00pm will usually be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders received after 2:00pm on Friday will go out on the following Monday. Store Hours and Customer Service Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm; Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm; Sunday 12:00 - 4:00pm Your satisfaction is guaranteed. For the safety of your birds, we do not accept returns on toys of food that have been opened. Returns on these items are accepted if they are unopend and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
